Exchange & Credit Note Policy

Obellco does not accept returns or refunds on orders once placed. However, we offer exchanges and credit notes under specific circumstances. These can only be redeemed on Obellco’s website.

Conditions for Exchange & Credit Note

  1. If you do not like a product, do not worry. You can place a Replacement request within 3 working days in exchange for a credit note.To replace an item, the product needs to be shipped to our warehouse within 7 working days (cost to be borne by the customer). Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a store credit, which can be used within 3 months. (shipping cost will be deducted)
  2. To initiate a return, please email us within 3 working days (obellco.com@gmail.com) along with your order id & reason of return. Return window will be automatically closed after 3 days.
  3.  Clearance Sale/Milestone/Birthday Sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

In such cases, please contact our customer support at obellco.com@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a picture of the product. Requests made after 2 days will not be entertained. If you wish us to arrange the return pickup a pickup fee of Rs150 will be levied.

Exchange Policy – International

Refunds are applicable only in case of lost shipments. Incase of damaged products or incorrect deliveries, the same must be raised within 2 days of delivery with a mandatory UNBOXING video to be eligible for a refund.
